📌 Lanzhou Chinese Beef Noodles Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. Rating: 4.5/5.0 We tried Lanzhou Bahria town phase 7 for the 100th time and we absolutely love it. Lanzhou has become a comfort food for us. Beef Noodle Soup: This is what Lanzhou is famous for, and they definitely delivered. The broth was rich, deeply comforting, and had an authentic depth of flavor that you rarely find in local Chinese spots. The beef was tender, and the hand-pulled noodles had a fantastic, chewy texture that held up perfectly in the hot soup. They go perfectly with their chilli sauce as well. Chicken Fried Noodles: A massive, hearty portion. The noodles had that excellent, smoky wok flavor without feeling weighed down by excessive oil. The chicken was well-cooked and seasoned properly throughout. It’s a very satisfying, familiar dish executed flawlessly. Dumplings (sorry we forgot to take pictures of these): These were a major highlight of the meal.
